Young Girls Find Male Masturbating to Them at Wildlife Reserve, Hit Him with Fishing Poles

A 29-year-old man from Clarence has been arrested by state police for allegedly masturbating to two young girls at a wildlife reserve in the town. The incident occurred at the Tillman Road Wildlife Management Reserve on Sunday.

State troopers were alerted to the situation shortly after 4pm on Sunday when they received a report of a man publicly exposing himself to young females. The reserve, spanning 240 acres and featuring trails, former farm fields, and wetlands, is a popular recreational area in the town.

Upon investigation, it was revealed that two females, whose ages were not disclosed, had encountered a man openly masturbating while walking through the reserve. The young girls attempted to stop the man who at this point was following them, even resorting to hitting him with fishing poles, but he would not stop. Subsequently, the pair contacted 911 for assistance.

State troopers swiftly responded to the scene and apprehended a suspect matching the description provided by the young women. Bryan Rivera Rosario was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, public lewdness, and exposure of a person. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Clarence Town Court in August to address the charges against him.

Authorities commend the swift action taken by the young girls in reporting the incident and the prompt response of the state police in apprehending the suspect. The Tillman Road Wildlife Management Reserve remains open to the public and visitors are encouraged to report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior to the authorities.

The state police urge anyone with additional information related to this incident or any other potential victims to come forward and assist with the ongoing investigation. Public indecency is a serious offense that can have lasting effects on victims and the community as a whole.
