Victim of Robbery 'Woke Up on the Ground' After Being Beaten Unconscious


Niagara Falls Police received a walk-in complaint at 1925 Main Street on July 16th of a robbery. The male complainant told officers that on July 14th he was walking on Niagara Street from Players Bar to the 7-Eleven next door when he was approached by an unknown black male.



The black male stated, “give me your wallet.” When the complainant did not immediately comply, the male punched him in the face and beat him while he was on the ground. The complainant was hit and kicked repeatedly causing trouble breathing and, ultimately, for him to lose consciousness.



When he woke up some time later, he discovered his gaming license, driver’s license and credit cards were stolen from his wallet. Injuries sustained from the incident included bruising and pain throughout his body and a possible concussion.



It is unknown if the suspect sought medical attention after the incident. There are no suspects. No further information is available - Victim of Robbery 'Woke Up on the Ground' After Being Beaten Unconscious.
