Niagara Falls Police responded to the 2600 block of Walnut Avenue around 6:30am on August 21st after reports of a stolen vehicle.

Upon arrival, police spoke to the complainant who stated that between 2am and 6:30am someone stole his 2009 White Ford Taurus valued at $2,500. He stated around 2:am he woke up to pee and saw that his vehicle was in the driveway. Four and a half hours later when he got up for the day it was gone.

The complainant further told officers that he and his girlfriend have the only keys for the vehicle that are inside of the house. There are cameras pointing toward the driveway but the complainant was having issues accessing the footage and could not show it to officers.
