Upon arrival, police saw the victim in addition to other individuals in the vicinity. Police were able to identify the victim, but all others on scene refused to give officers their names. All individuals appeared to be highly intoxicated.

The complainant stated that he was outside in the yard when an unknown male came out to him and punched in multiple time in the face. The complainant remembered nothing afterward until he was woke up by his friend while laying on the ground.

The friend, who would not provide police his name, said that he found the complainant unconscious and having a seizure. Further, that the suspect waited around after knocking out the complainant to get a taxi before departing.

Officers noted blood coming from the complainant’s mouth and nose. However, the complainant stated he did not wish to press charges.
