Niagara Falls Police responded again to the 1100 block of Haeberle Avenue around 5:00pm on July 8th after reports of a burglary.
This incident involves a woman who was arrested one day before after kicking down her neighbor’s door (link to story here: https://www.niagaraaction.com/unhinged-neighbor-breaks-down-woman-s-door-tries-to-attack-her-over-man). She told officers that after returning from jail around 12pm on today’s date, she noticed that her Xbox series S valued at $250 and various video games valued at $100 were missing. There was not a door securing her apartment.
The woman was adamant that it was her neighbors who took the Xbox - the same ones responsible for her arrest the previous night. When asked why she believed it to be them, she stated, “I know it was them. If they want to make a big deal out of things then I will too.”
Police spoke with all parties in the lower apartment who denied any involvement or knowledge of the theft. No further information is available at this time - Unhinged Neighbor Part 2 - Vows Revenge on Neighbor for Taking Xbox (with no proof).
