Two Niagara Falls Women Sentenced to Prison for 2023 Assault at Tim Hortons


Two women from Niagara Falls have been sentenced for their involvement in an assault that took place at Tim Hortons in 2023. The incident, which was captured on video and widely disseminated on social media, occurred at the Pine Avenue location.


Brittny Robinson and Brionna Harris, both residents of the Falls, were sentenced for their roles in the assault. Each was given a 2-year prison sentence followed by 1.5 years of post-release supervision.



The victim, a 42-year-old, was treated at a local hospital for injuries sustained during the assault. The details of the assault and the motive behind it have not been disclosed publicly, nor were they commented on at sentencing by the Niagara County District Attorney's Office.


There was also a teenager charged in connection with the incident but their case was transferred to Family Court due to their age.
