Niagara Falls Police responded to the Seneca Niagara Casino on Friday, April 12th around 1:30pm after reports of a sandwich thief.
Upon arrival, police spoke with security who stated they had an individual detained. The individual had taken $2 out of a tip jar, a tuna sandwich valued at $12, and proceeded to walk past all points of purchase.
Seneca Niagara personnel wished to press charges and filled out a supporting deposition. The individual was then transported to police headquarters for booking where he was released with an appearance ticket.
