Trespass-a-palooza at Tops in Niagara Falls

Trespass-a-palooza at Tops in Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls Police responded to Tops on Portage Road around 7:00pm on June 1st after reports of trespassing by multiple individuals who had been previously banned from the store.

Upon arrival, police spoke to the security guard who stated that a female, who was no longer allowed on the property due to stealing, would not leave. The female was taken into custody for trespassing and transported to police headquarters for processing.

The security guard further stated that a black male on the bench, who was trespassed and arrested the other day, should not be on Tops property. Officers advised the male that he was under arrest and transported him to police headquarters for processing. While in the booking area, the male admitted to police that he had given them his twin brother’s name the other day. As a result, police also charged him with criminal impersonation.

Both individuals were released with an appearance ticket.
