Niagara Falls Police received a walk-in complaint on June 14th of criminal mischief. According to the complainant, sometime between June 12th and June 13th her car was keyed in the parking lot of her apartment building.
The complainant explained that she has been having a dispute regarding parking spaces with an unknown female healthcare provider. The complainant mentioned that the unknown female was “parking in her parking spot” and was asked to park somewhere else. However, there are not officially assigned parking spots to any individual at the complex (including the complainant).
The complainant stated she parked her vehicle in this parking spot on June 12th around 7:00pm and upon waking up the next morning she noticed the damage. Officers did observe a deep scratch mark on the driver’s side door that was approx. 2 feet long.
