A 15-year-old teenager died following a collision on Tuesday night where he was hit by a truck. The incident occurred around 8:20pm at the intersection of Woodstock Avenue and Yorkshire Road. The teenager was riding a motorized bicycle when he was hit by a Ford F-250 pickup truck driven by a 44-year-old local resident.
Emergency services transported the boy to Oishei Children’s Hospital, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries. The driver of the truck is fully cooperating with authorities. Charges are possible and the Erie County District Attorney's Office is investigating the incident.
