Niagara Falls Police responded to McDonald’s on Niagara Falls Boulevard around 10am on July 16th after reports that a suspect went into the garbage corral for a snack (probably), but decided to steal hoses instead.
Upon arrival, police spoke to the store manager who stated a maintenance worker went to power-wash the business this morning and noticed the two hoses that connect to the machine were missing from the back area corral. The manager reviewed the surveillance footage which showed a black male entering the corral area around 3am. Shortly afterwards he exits holding the two hoses and flees.
Officers could not observe a clear description of the unknown suspect’s identity and/or vehicle. The total value of stolen items are $180. No further information is available.
