Niagara Falls Police responded to Dollar General on Niagara Falls Boulevard around 10pm on October 4th after reports of a shoplifter.
Upon arrival, officers spoke to an employee who stated that an unknown white female in her mid 30’s with strawberry blonde hair was concealing merchandise while shopping. When the suspect went to leave, the employee confronted her about the concealed merchandise.
The suspect spat a loogie at the employee and walked out of the store with the merchandise. The employe was not hit by the spittle. Police canvassed the area with negative results. There are no known suspects. No further information is available at this time.
