Niagara Falls Police were on routine patrol around 1:00am on October 9th when they observed a red mustang with an expired inspection. However, the vehicle quickly pulled into a driveway. A few minutes later, officers again observed the vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and ran multiple stop signs.

Officers were too far away to initiate a traffic stop, but continued to follow the vehicle until they were close. Officers advised dispatch of their location and initiated a traffic stop.

The driver was found to have a suspended driver’s license, expired inspection, switched plates, no insurance, suspended registration, and had all windows tinted.

The driver said to police, “I have too many cars to register and insure, this is some bullshit.”

He then stated, "come to my house on Cayuga, my other mustang has the other plate on it, it's no big deal, they’re both red mustangs.”

Unsurprisingly, this did not sway officers. The vehicle was towed and the driver was issued several vehicle and traffic tickets. No further information is available at this time.
