Really Bad Luck: Vehicle Stolen, Recovered, and then Stolen Again

Niagara Falls Police responded to the Caravan Motel on Niagara Falls Boulevard around 7pm on September 9th after reports of a stolen vehicle.

Upon arrival, officers spoke to the complainant who stated that he parked his car on September 8th at approximately 5pm and upon leaving for work the following morning at 5:30am it was gone. The vehicle was a 2021 grey Nissan Versa valued at $15,000.

The complainant further told police that his original key fob and car was stolen “a few months ago,” but that he recovered it and drove it home with a spare key. He believes that whoever took his vehicle now has the original key fob.

There are no suspects. No further information is available at this time.
