Police Respond to Man Riding Down Transit Drive on a Lawnmower

In the morning hours of September 30th, police in Lockport responded to Transit Drive around 9am after reports of unauthorized equipment on the roadway.

Upon arrival, officers observed a male riding a lawnmower down the road. He was wearing a helmet.
