PHOTOS: Kim Pegula Makes First Public Appearance Since Cardiac Arrest at Bills Training Camp

Kim Pegula, the owner of the Buffalo Bills, made a heartwarming appearance at the team's training camp practice on Friday. This marked her first public appearance since suffering a cardiac arrest incident in June 2022.

The players and coaches were surprised when Bills owner Terry Pegula led his wife into the team huddle. Normally, Kim Pegula watches practice from an SUV parked near the end zone. However, on this day, the team broke their usual routine of stretching at midfield and moved their stretch closer to where Kim was positioned. The players and coaches were thrilled to have her back on the field with them.

Left tackle Dion Dawkins expressed his admiration for Kim's progress and resilience, saying, "Kim being around has been great, and we've seen her every day. To see her progress is amazing. For her to even lead the team in the countdown, '3, 2, 1 Bills!' – I'm proud of her. That's still the Mama Bear, and we're happy to have her still."

Quarterback Josh Allen emphasized the importance of Kim's presence for the new players on the team. He acknowledged the impact she has had on the team's veterans and expressed his happiness to see her back in action.

Coach Sean McDermott praised the strength and resilience of the Pegula family, stating, "Everything they have done and what they've been through is incredible. Their strength overall as a family is incredible. Kim's situation serves as a reminder of how fragile life can be for all of us."

Kim Pegula's return to the training camp practice was a heartwarming moment for the Buffalo Bills players, coaches, and fans. Her presence serves as a source of inspiration and motivation for the team as they prepare for the upcoming season.
