On May 8th, 2024, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office Communications Center received a 911 call reporting that a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the 6300 block of Robinson Road in Lockport, NY.
The initial investigation on scene revealed that the vehicle was pulling into a business on Robinson Road when it struck a pedestrian in the parking lot. The pedestrian sustained serious injuries and was flown to ECMC by Mercy Flight. The driver of the vehicle was uninjured and is cooperating with the investigation.
The names of the parties involved are being withheld at this time. Investigation by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office Accident Investigation Unit is continuing.
