Passenger Hospitalized with Severe Injuries After SUV Hits Tree, Overturns


Disgraced Former Niagara Falls Attorney Faces 7 Years in Prison for Stealing $169k from Clients


In a recent incident near Kleinhans Music Hall, a passenger was injured when an SUV struck a tree and overturned, according to Buffalo Police spokesman Michael J. DeGeorge. The incident occurred early Saturday and the passenger, identified as a 33-year-old woman, was immediately taken to Erie County Medical Center for medical attention.



Police accident investigators have determined that a Chevrolet Equinox was traveling westbound around 2am when it suddenly veered across the street and collided with a tree at the intersection of Porter Avenue and 14th Street near Symphony Circle. Shockingly, the driver of the SUV fled the scene following the accident.



Authorities are actively investigating the incident and are seeking any information that may lead to the identification and apprehension of the driver.
