Niagara Falls Police were performing a premises check around 2:30pm on September 17th in the area of 19th and Niagara Street when a male (male #1) ran into the building with a black cane. A second male (male #2) came running in after him and there was a physical altercation between the two.
Officers separated the two and then spoke to male #2. He stated he was driving his truck and stopped at an intersection. While stopped, male #1 came up to his vehicle and asked for money.
