'Now what motherfuc*er' - Gun Pulled on Tenant Who Refused to Delete Photo of Suspicious Vehicle

Niagara Falls Police responded to the 700 block of 66th Street around 11am on July 17th after reports that a gun was pulled on a tenant who refused to delete a photo he took of a suspicious vehicle.

Upon arrival, police spoke to the complainant who stated that he pulled into the apartment building’s parking lot and saw two white males sitting in a blue Ford Bronco. He was not familiar with the parties or the vehicle and decided to take a picture of them. He then began walking into his apartment.

The Ford Bronco pulled out of its parking spot and drove directly at the complainant. Both males inside the vehicle started arguing with the male about him taking a photo of them. The complainant told them he “was allowed” to take a photo of whatever he wanted, at which time the passenger in the vehicle exited and pointed a gun at him. “Now what motherfuc*er,” said the suspect.

Police canvassed the area with negative results. There are no known suspects. No further information is available.
