Four individuals, including one North Tonawanda woman, were arrested at the Kenny Chesney concert held on Thursday, June 27th at the Darien Lake Amphitheater. The arrests were announced by local authorities, and all four individuals have been issued appearance tickets to appear in Darien Town Court on July 9th.
Among those arrested was a 22-year-old woman from North Tonawanda who has been charged with harassment. It is alleged that she struck another person inside the concert venue, leading to her arrest.
Additionally, a 19-year-old woman from Clarence was charged with trespassing. After being ejected from the concert, she allegedly re-entered the venue resulting in her arrest. Two other individuals, both 18-year-old men, were charged with possession of alcohol while under the age of 21. One hails from LeRoy, while the other is from Batavia. It is crucial for concertgoers to abide by the legal drinking age restrictions to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees.
