North Tonawanda Man Arrested at Chris Stapleton Concert in Darien Lake


Teenagers Jump Fence to Swim at City Pool, Get Charged with Misdemeanors


The Genesee County Sheriff's Office announced on Friday night that an arrest had been made at a Chris Stapleton concert held last month at the Darien Lake Amphitheater. The arrest came as a result of an investigation into allegations of intentional damage to a cell phone by a 19-year-old man from North Tonawanda.



The Genesee County Sheriff's Office revealed that the individual was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. The investigation focused on the incident where the man allegedly intentionally damaged a cell phone during the concert. Following the arrest, the man was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Darien Court on August 27th.
