North Tonawanda High School Student Makes Terroristic Threat


A North Tonawanda High School student has been identified as making a terroristic threat of mass harm, according to district officials. A call was made to families describing the incident, which occurred on February 6th, 2025.


"This is Brad Rowles, Principal of North Tonawanda Hgh School calling with an important message. Yesterday after school it was brought to my attention by the North Tonawanda Police Department that a currently enrolled student at NTHS made terroristic threats of harm against our building. Through the quick action of the police department to investigate, interview and complete a thorough welfare check of the student's home for any access or possession of weapons, any potential threat or harm was immediately resolved. At no time was any member of the Lumberjack family in harms way."



No arrests have been announced by the North Tonawanda Police Department.
