Two 18-year-olds have been arrested in connection with a burglary in North Tonawanda. The North Tonawanda Police Department launched an investigation into an overnight burglary that occurred on Tuesday, December 24th at a business located on Niagara Falls Boulevard. The incident resulted in significant damage to the property and the theft of cash.
After conducting further investigations, police were able to identify two suspects. The individuals were located and taken into custody around 1pm on the same day without any resistance.
The suspects have been named as Jacob M. Hannah-Albon and Ryan P. Kindred, both residents of North Tonawanda. The teens face several charges including third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, possession of burglary tools, and fifth-degree conspiracy.
Following their arrest, both men were booked and held for arraignment. After their court appearance, they were released on their own recognizance and are scheduled to return to court at a later date.
