Niagara Falls Woman Brutally Attacked after Trying to Evict Male from Home

Niagara Falls Police responded to the 1200 block of 94th Street around 3pm on December 16th after reports of an assault that was originally dispatched as a burglary.

Upon arrival, officers were attempting to speak with the female 911 caller who was yelling frantically. An unknown black male from the house began yelling as well.

It was determined that the 911 caller had returned home from shopping and advised the black male he could no longer stay at her residence and that she wanted him to leave.

The black male came downstairs and an unknown black female followed behind him. The female began punching the 911 caller numerous times and pulling her hair. The black male then started to kick the 911 caller, who was on the ground screaming for help.

It was at this point the black male grabbed a snow shovel and shattered a double pane window on the front porch and one pane of a window adjacent to the driveway.

Officers placed the black male under arrest and into the rear of a patrol vehicle. He was transported to police headquarters for booking and processing. No further information is available at this time.
