Authorities in Niagara Falls are currently investigating an incident involving a vacationer who returned home to discover that his residence had been targeted by gunfire.
According to reports, police were called to a residence on Pierce Avenue on Monday, April 29th. The homeowner, a 74-year-old man who had just returned from a vacation in Jamaica, alerted the authorities after noticing a bullet hole in his window and the wall of his residence. The exact timeframe of the incident remains unclear, but authorities believe it could have occurred between early December and the end of April.
Police estimate the damage to be valued at approximately $1,000. At present, there are no identified suspects. An investigation is ongoing.
