A sad and heartbreaking incident at Milton J. Fletcher Elementary School on Monday morning claimed the life of a 4-year-old girl according to Jamestown Police. Officers were called to the school shortly after 8am after reports that a child was struck by a school bus. Police say they immediately began providing first aid when they arrived.
