A New York State Police recruit has been arrested ad charged with assaulting a trooper and grabbing for his gun during an incident at a training academy, according to state police officials. The 22-year-old recruit, whose identity has not been disclosed, was attending a training academy at the closed Cazenovia College campus in central New York on July 23rd when the incident occurred.
