New 3-D Sculpture Adds to Niagara Falls USA's Public Art Scene

Visitors to the world-famous Niagara Falls USA will now have another attraction to enjoy in the Cataract City. A custom 3-D sculpture has been unveiled at the corner of Rainbow Boulevard and Old Falls Street, adding to the downtown district's vibrant public art scene.

The eye-catching sculpture features four-foot letters spelling out "NF NY" against a mesmerizing eight-foot waterfall background. It serves as a perfect backdrop for visitors to capture unforgettable memories and take stunning photos.

"With all the activities planned for Old Falls Street USA throughout the summer, we encourage residents and visitors to stop by and take a selfie with our new 'NF NY' sculpture," said Anthony Vilardo, President of USAN (United States Association of Niagara). "We're confident that the sculpture will quickly become a fun and easy way to capture unforgettable memories in Niagara Falls."

The display of public art not only adds to the charm of Old Falls Street but also serves as a warm welcome to visitors from around the world. It presents a unique opportunity to promote the destination directly through visitors' social media accounts when they share photos with the sculpture.

"It's a wonderful addition to the street that our team works so hard to create the best experience possible for all those who visit," said John Percy, President and CEO of Destination Niagara USA. "The display of public art is a fun and attractive way to welcome visitors and create a lasting impression of our beautiful city."

Niagara Falls Mayor Robert Restaino expressed his excitement about the new public art installation.

"With the summer season upon us, I'm thrilled that there is new public art on Old Falls Street that visitors and residents alike can snap a picture of and share with friends and family," Mayor Restaino said. "This artistic placemaking will further activate Old Falls Street and draw people into the city."

Old Falls Street USA, a three-block section that connects Niagara Falls State Park with the Niagara Falls Convention Center, will be hosting several exciting events this summer. The Friday night concert series, running from June 28 to August 30, promises to be a highlight. Additionally, special events such as Rainbow City Pride on June 29, Christmas in July on July 20, and Poochella (Dog Day) on August 24 will provide entertainment for visitors and locals alike.

The new 'NF NY' sculpture is expected to become a popular landmark and a must-visit photo spot for tourists and residents. Make sure to stop by and capture your own unforgettable memory with this incredible piece of public art!
