Niagara Falls Police responded to the 1100 block of Niagara Avenue around 1:45am on July 3rd after reports of a drama between tenants.
Upon arrival, police spoke to the complainant who stated her female neighbor came out and started banging on her door. While the neighbor was banging and yelling, the complainant put her phone under the door to record the neighbor’s threatening behavior. However, the phone was quickly grabbed by the neighbor who then ran to her apartment.
Officers knocked on the neighbor’s door to speak with someone. The woman inside yelled, saying, “I don’t have her phone.” She never opened the door for law enforcement.
The complainant told police that she is scared to come out of her apartment because the neighbor “will beat her up” bad. She does not know the neighbor’s name. No further information is available - Neighbor Bullies Tenant at 1am - Bangs on Door, Steals Phone and "Will Beat Me Up."
