Niagara Falls Police responded to the Best Western-Summit Inn on the 9500 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard around 7:30am on October 22nd after reports of multiple vehicle break-ins.
Upon arrival, officers spoke to the first complainant who stated that sometime overnight his rear driver-side window was broken. He told police that it was “odd” nothing in the vehicle was taken as there were expensive tools in the back.
Officers then spoke to the second complainant who stated that his rear-passenger side window was broken and there was significant damage to the steering column. The complainant stated he and his wife arrived back at the hotel around 1am, which means the incident happened between then and 7am.
There were no witnesses to either incident and it is unknown if any security cameras captured the suspect(s). No suspects at this time. No further information is available at this time.
