MS13 Gang Member Arrested at Peace Bridge

A member of the notorious Mara Salvatrucha gang, commonly known as MS13, was apprehended at the Peace Bridge late last month according to a statement from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

The incident occurred on November 22nd when 24-year-old Franklyn Hernandez Giron was stopped for failing to present a compliant document under the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative. Upon further investigation, officials confirmed that Giron is a known MS13 gang member originally from Honduras.

Following his arrest, Giron was taken into custody and is currently undergoing processing to face removal proceedings.
