Adults Assaulted at Niagara Falls Home by Younger Suspects Upset with Their Daughter

Niagara Falls Police responded to the 700 block of 16th Street around 9:30pm on June 1st after reports of a mother assaulted by young suspects who were upset with her daughter.

Upon arrival, police spoke with the adult complainants who stated that a younger black male and a mixed-race female pulled up to their home in a black sedan and started making threats in regards to her daughter. The complainants further stated that her daughter had issues with one of the younger suspects in the past.

The female suspect approached the female complainant, dragged her off the porch and started punching her on the side of the head. The male suspect then attacked the male complainant, punching him in the head violently several times.

Officers observed swelling, blood, and lacerations on both complainants as a result of the assault. Both parties denied medical treatment at the time.

Neighbors across the street did intervene to stop the fighting at which time the suspects fled in the vehicle.
