The Marriott Courtyard in Niagara Falls, located at 900 Buffalo Avenue, has unveiled plans for a major expansion project that will effectively double the number of guest rooms available. With an estimated cost of $14.3 million, this endeavor is set to undergo review by the City of Niagara Falls planning board in late September.
The proposed expansion entails the addition of a four-story, 50,000-square-foot structure to the existing 70,000-square-foot building which originally constructed in 1912 as a chocolate factory. Nirel Patel, the president of Rupal Hospitality, has expressed enthusiasm for the project. In total, there will be an additional 84 guest rooms bringing the total available rooms to 166. There are currently 82 rooms at the hotel.
The expansion will encompass an expanded entrance and lobby area aimed at enhancing the overall guest experience. The Marriott Courtyard in Niagara Falls is a highly sought-after accommodation option for tourists seeking comfort and convenience in close proximity to the world-famous falls.
