Niagara Falls Police responded to Dollar General on Pine Avenue around 4:30pm on December 18th to disperse an unwanted male. Prior to arriving, dispatch gave out the suspect’s description as a white male wearing blue jeans and a brown jacket.
Upon arrival, officers observed said male standing under a nearby pavilion yelling obscenities at an employee. The employee told police that he was escorted out of the store for being inside with no legitimate purpose. After being kicked out of the store, the male began to urinate on the sidewalk.
The suspect was asked to disperse several times but continued to refuse to leave. He then moved across the parking lot to Save-A-Lot and began yelling at a customer exiting the store, attempting to instigate a fight.
The suspect was then placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and placed in the rear of a patrol vehicle. He was transported to police headquarters for booking and processing.
Due to the suspect’s mental and emotional state, he was transported to Niagara Falls Memorial medical Center under a 22.09 emergency services order. No further information is available at this time.
