A 45-year-old man on parole was arrested by the New York State Police on Monday, July 15th, for alleged public lewdness in the electronics section of Walmart. The incident, which took place at the Walmart located on South Transit Road in Lockport, has shocked the community.
According to authorities, troopers responded to a call at approximately 9pm on July 15th reporting a man engaged in inappropriate behavior in the store's electronics section. Witnesses claimed that the individual, identified as Keith G. Dobucki, was watching explicit material on a display phone and masturbating while seated in an electronic scooter.
State Police wasted no time and swiftly apprehended Dobucki upon their arrival. He was then transported to the State Troopers barracks in Lockport for processing. Dobucki, who is on parole, has been charged with Public Lewdness, Public Display of Sexual Material, and Disorderly Conduct. The New York State Parole was immediately contacted due to Dobucki's parole status.
