Niagara Falls Police responded to the 9500 block of Marine Memorial Drive around 10pm on September 22nd after reports of criminal mischief.
Upon arrival, officers spoke to the complainant who stated that he returned home and parked his vehicle n the garage before going inside. He then came outside a short while later to leave and observed his rear-passenger tire was flat and there was ketchup all over his vehicle.
Officers observed what appeared to be a puncture wound in the sidewall of the tire. The estimated value to replace the tire is $300.
No cameras were located on the residence that covered the area where the incident occurred. There are no known suspects. No further information is available at this time.
