Niagara Falls Police responded to the 400 block of 20th Street around 2:00am on July 1st after several loud noise complaints.
Upon arrival, officers observed a male standing outside his home blasting music. Police noted in the report that this was not the first time NFPD received complaints regarding the male’s loud music. Each time the male would turn off his music while officers were there, but would resume playing it after they left.
Officers decided to place the male under arrest for disorderly conduct. Due to excessively loud music. He was transported to police headquarters where he was processed and released with an appearance ticket.
