Lockport Alderman Charged Criminally After Urinating Outside Home

Lockport Alderman Mark Devine, a Republican, has been charged with two counts of harassment in the second degree after allegedly urinating outside his home in the presence of children.

The incident occurred on April 11 and was reported by a neighbor. The police consulted with the Niagara County District Attorney's Office, and the case was sent to a city judge who issued a criminal summons for Devine.

He appeared in court on Monday and is scheduled to return on June 3.
