Niagara Falls Police were on routine patrol around 4:30pm on June 13th when officers observed a light-skinned female squatting on a sidewalk urinating on the ground.
Officers turned around the patrol vehicle at which time they observed the female sitting on the curb next to “a puddle of what appeared to be urine.” Her pants were still pulled down. The female was approached by police and instructed to pull her pants up as bystanders “could visibly observe her va*ina.”
She was unable to form complete sentences and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. Officers placed her under arrest. The female was transported to police headquarters where she was processed and given an appearance ticket.
Due to her intoxicated state (ie: woman urinating on sidewalk) and inability to care for herself, AMR arrived at booking and transported the female to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center for treatment.
