Niagara Falls Police responded to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center’s ER on Tuesday, March 12th, after a reported assault with a hammer.
Upon arrival, police spoke to the complainant who stated he was at an unknown address with an unknown male and fell asleep there. When he woke up this morning, additional males were in the apartment “looking for something.” The males then started assaulting him with a hammer. For context, the complainant told police that he was homeless and from out of town.
The complainant did not provide any information about his location, nor did he have any physical descriptions of the suspects. He sustained injuries to his left eye which was swollen shut and had dried up blood all over his face as well as bruising on his knees.
