Fired 7-Eleven employee destroys store after being told she couldn't use bathroom

Niagara Falls Police responded to 7-Eleven around 2:50am on November 28th after reports of criminal mischief.

Upon arrival, officers observed the female suspect outside of the store acting irate and screaming. Officers could not get her to calm down, nor would she stop shouting vulgarities. She was immediately detained due to her behavior and so that officers could conduct an investigation.

Officers then went inside the business and were met by a 7-Eleven employee who stated that the female suspect entered the store and immediately began arguing with another employee. It began when she attempted to enter the backroom because she “needed to use the restroom.” When the employee told her that she couldn’t enter the back area, the suspect began pushing items off of the register area, those on displays, and anything else that was in her way.

The employee further told police that the female suspect was previously employed by 7-Eleven but was terminated. Officers observed the store to be in disarray with items everywhere. Officers also found a clear Fireball display case broken.

The female suspect was transported to police headquarters for booking and processing. She was released with an appearance ticket. No further information is available at this time.
