Niagara Falls Police were working off-duty at Walmart around 5:15pm on September 25th when she was alerted by asset protection that two females were observed in the store places numerous items into handbags.
Upon passing all points of purchase, both females were stopped as they were exiting the store. Once in the asset protection office, one of the females blurted out, “I took school clothes for my kids.”
The merchandise that was concealed in both bags totaled $388. Both women were found to have previously been trespassed from Walmart due to theft. They were subsequently charged with Burglary 3rd and Petit Larceny.
They were released with appearance tickets. No further information is available at this time.
