Niagara Falls Police responded to the Enjoy Motel on the 5600 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard around 12:00pm after reports of a disturbance, which ended up resulting in the arrest of a female stuck on the toilet who needed medical attention.
Upon arrival, police spoke to a female who was inside room #10 sitting on the toilet. The female told officers that she was “stuck on the toilet and could not stand up.” The female then asked for medical attention. An AMR unit arrived on scene at which time the female voluntarily walked outside of her room and began heading towards AMR.
As the female stepped inside of the vehicle, officers observed her to start aggressively swinging her hands at the paramedics attempting to punch them. The female was screaming, acting irate/violent, and intentionally causing a public disturbance.
Officers then handcuffed the female and placed her in the back of a patrol vehicle. She was transported to police headquarters for booking and processing. She was released with an appearance ticket. No further information is available.
