Niagara Falls Police responded to the 1800 block of Weston Avenue around 8:30pm on September 20th after reports of an assault.
Upon arrival, officers spoke to the complainant who stated he was walking “down the street” when someone hit him from behind. He did not know who would do that to him. Officers noted in their report that while speaking with him he “started shaking and could not answer questions.”
Officers spoke to other parties at the residence who stated they were drinking alcohol and the complainant left to get more from the store. A few minutes later, he came back to the residence and fell on the ground. He did not have any alcohol with him.
AMR was requested and transported him to a hospital for arm and neck injuries. Officers noted that all parties seemed “highly intoxicated.”
There are no known suspects. No further information is available at this time.
