Niagara Falls Police responded to Ollie’s on Niagara Falls Boulevard around 9pm on July 17th after reports that a drunk, angry male was screaming 'suck a dic* at customers and employees.
Upon arrival, police identified the suspect whose identity is known to police due to several prior encounters. Officers observed (and smelled) that he was heavily intoxicated. The suspect told officers several times to “suck dic*.” The suspect then left Ollies and was located standing next to the front door of Marathon gas station further down Niagara Falls Boulevard.
Officers followed the suspect to the gas station and tried to interview him about his interaction with employees at Ollie’s. He became very agitated and began to approach customers who were trying to enter the gas station yelling in their face to go “suck a dic*” and “I’m going to kill Zach Boos.” These statements caused customers to not enter the store and leave the area. He then took a can that was in his hand and threw it in the middle of the parking lot.
At this time, officers took him into custody and he was transported to police headquarters for booking and processing. No further information is available - Drunk, Angry Male Screams 'Suck a dic*' to Officers and Customers at Gas Station.
