The much-anticipated Niagara County Fair is back, filling the air with excitement and delight at the Niagara County Fairgrounds. This week-long event promises to be a feast for the senses with a wide array of attractions and activities for all ages to enjoy.
The fair kicked off on Wednesday with its annual farm city breakfast, marking the beginning of five days filled with fair fun. Justin Rogers, the executive director of the fair, expressed his enthusiasm for the event, stating, "It's just a great community interaction with everyone here that can enjoy the day and kick it off right. It brings everyone kind of back together, reminds them of the community connections that they have."
Celebrating its 102nd anniversary at the fairgrounds this year, the Niagara County Fair has become a cherished tradition that unites the community. Amusement is in abundance at the fair with acts like Niagara Down Under where visitors can hold a baby kangaroo, and the Pork Chop Review where they can sing along with a talented pig.
In addition to the exciting attractions, the fair also showcases the agricultural aspects of the region providing an opportunity for 4-H members to exhibit and share their animals with fairgoers. Fairgoers are encouraged to visit the fair between July 31st and August 4th to experience the animals, attractions, food and more!
