Dinosaur Bar-B-Que to Close Buffalo Location

North Tonawanda Man Pleads Guilty to Deadly Attack and Check Theft Scheme

Dinosaur Bar-B-Que has announced that it will be closing its Buffalo location, which has been a beloved fixture in the city since February, 2014. The restaurant, located at 301 Franklin Street, will serve its final customers on February 2nd or until its barbecue supplies are depleted, according to a spokesperson for the chain.

The decision to close the Buffalo restaurant comes as the lease for the Franklin Street location is set to expire next month. However, fans of the popular barbecue joint can look forward to a new beginning as Dinosaur Bar-B-Que plans to open a new location in Hamburg later this year. The new restaurant will be situated on McKinley Parkway, near Route 20, with an expected opening in late summer or early fall.

For those holding gift cards for the Buffalo location, they will be honored at the new Hamburg restaurant.
