Niagara Falls Police responded to the 7-Eleven on the 2300 block of Hyde Park Boulevard around 8:30am on May 21st after reports of a customer dispute involving a Snapple ice tea drink.
Upon arrival, police spoke to the complainant who stated a customer grabbed her wrist after a verbal argument over a $2 discount for Snapple iced teas. Police also spoke to the customer who stated she got into the argument with the employee over how much she was charged for a Snapple.
She was upset that the employee would not honor the $2 discount for buying two Snapples. During the verbal altercation, the customer was allegedly acting irate. The employee wished to have the customer trespassed from the store. Officers issued a trespass notice which the customer refused to sign.
