Niagara Falls Police responded to the 9500 block of Marine Memorial Drive on July 1st around 3:00am after reports that the complainant’s crazy, jealous and angry baby momma smashed his home's front window.
Upon arrival, officers observed glass shattered in the front flower bed with a window (valued at $300) taped up right to the ground level of apartments. Police were then met by the complainant who stated he believes this to be the handiwork of his ex-girlfriend.
The complainant stated that he was asleep when he heard a loud bang, glass shattering and then the screech of tires speeding away. He tried to get out of the apartment building quick enough to see who was speeding away but was not fast enough.
The ex-girlfriend is also the mother of his child whom he has an order of protection against, likely for similar crazy behavior. He has not had any contact with her for a while, but believes she has not stopped being “jealous and always angry.”
Based on the complainant being protected by an order of protection, if the ex-girlfriend is confirmed as the suspect she could face an additional charge of criminal contempt.
